How to create a collaborative chat in just a few steps
To start a collaborative chat with other users, follow these simple instructions:
- Create a new chat by clicking on New chat from the main screen.
- Once the chat is created, look on the right side of the screen, next to the chat history, you’ll see a new button called Users.
- Click on Users, then select the Invite to chat button.
- A QR code and an invite link will appear. You can share:
- the QR code if the person is physically near you,
- or the link, by sending it via chat, email, or any other channel.
- When the invited person clicks the link or scans the QR code, a request to join the chat will appear on your screen.
- You’ll then need to authorize the user and choose their access level:
- If you want them to only view the chat, select view-only mode.
- If you want them to participate and write in the chat, select edit mode.
- Once the user joins, your collaborative chat is live!
- You can now write together, share ideas, work on the same flow, and co-create content in real time.

How to customize AI responses with prompt and temperature
If you want to customize how the AI behaves, for example, by setting the tone of its responses or assigning it a specific role, you can do so easily from the AI Behavior panel. To access it, open the left sidebar and click on “AI Behavior”. A window will open in the center of the screen with two sections: Response Style and Preset. In Response Style, you can write a system prompt, which is a sentence that tells the AI what tone to use and what role to take (e.g., “act like a legal assistant” or “use a friendly and direct tone”). The more specific you are, the more detailed and coherent the AI’s responses will be. In the same section, you can also adjust the temperature, which controls how creative the AI should be: lower values (e.g. 0.2) produce more predictable and precise answers, while higher values (e.g. 0.9) generate more creative but less stable results. In the Preset section, you can upload documents, images, PDFs, videos, or audio files that you want the AI to always take into account when responding. This is useful, for example, if you don’t want to re-upload the same file every time, or if you want your company logo to always be available. Once everything is set, click Save to apply your changes, after that, the AI will follow your instructions in all future conversations.
